Hello, my name is Human
Like clay before it's set with fire, I too am delicate
My heart is not made of stone yet it refuses to be fractured in the presence of others
I'm not immune to judgment but welcome criticism
I fear the unknown, the tomorrows that I can't control and sometimes even the dark
I panic when faced with choices I know will change my constants
When the world is silent, I make noise
I look in the mirror and admit defeat when others see me as confident
The bible is my refuge but I read "Life for Dummies"
And like clay, after withstanding high temperatures I'm still delicate.
But strong
At the end of the day I'm human and so is everyone else
