A man named helios has a car

a car so radiant it can be seen nomatter how far

it drives so fast some say its flying 

people whove ridden in it agree its death-defying

 

the lights of the car are extremly bright

look to long you might lose your sight

He hides the car throughout the night

keeping it protected from those with spite

 

Helios is a family man

nights hed spend with many sons and daughters

his favorite son was no hot rod driving man

helios banned him from the car to avoid a slaughter

 

His son an ambitious type

wanted to live in his fathers light

stole the keys and wanted to be apart of the hype

unready to control the car drove into a streetlight
