Granfather

It seems that Jehovah and Lucifer have compromised your passage

To no longer suffer in this life with the facade of being “okay”

Jubilation has come your way

And you’ve decided to enter heaven’s gate

Blemishing my grandmother, your wife,

With your depression

Because only your pictures remain

Like the constant ache in my heart

For the only father figure in my life has left me as well

Granddad it’s seems your eyes only reflected happiness

But I can only be unsettled by the way you left.

Obviously being happy even though I noticed you aches and pains

When you walked with your cane.

Jehovah has given you a new home,

We’ll meet you someday when our life is compromised
