As I walk down the aisle,

Wearing my cap and gown in style.

I realize today is the day,

That parents prayed for.

As I take my seat,

I look around and see,

The teachers who taught me,

The people who raised me,

And my friends who have followed me.

Then I start to cry,

Because I realized,

Today is the day i breakaway,

Say good-bye to this safe heaven bay,

And it's my time to shine!

As i close this door,

I open a whole lot more.

Today I graduate,

But no need to fear,

Because you have taught me what i can bare.

As I flip my tassle,

You lose one more hassle.

So I say good-bye,

Because it's my time to fly,

And begin my next part of life.
