Goodnight Mom

She locks her door and makes her bed

Hopes to see him soon ahead

Opens her window but is quiet

The empty night is so silent

Out the window she will climb

To meet her lover right on time

Together we walk under the starry night

The feelings she feels is so right

Across the road we quietly sneak

Away from the cops that will seek

Past the church his house is near

And through his window we are finally here

All night we will lay

Until today becomes yesterday

With morning creeping upon

We only speak with a yawn

One more hug would be just right

Until she has to run back into the night
