I hate you!

I stare at you everytime I want to grow

You lengthen my ladder in exchange for my company

I don’t want you near me!

In due time I feel your custody tear my skin

the same way your Master brought you here

Just leave me alone!

An endless path with curated conditions

With Black fears of uncertainties

I jump!

Embracing the burgundy that will follow

I heed the parallel roots of the Ladder

And a single reflection from the water

I am born again!
