free at last-the words of dr. king

Location

free at last

free at last

every man, woman, and child

my god

free at last

those were words dr. king said

the purpose was to empower people to be as one

and yet

we haven't discover how to embrace that

because we choose to instill delusional tabous in drugging folks with ignorance

that pierces hatred to one's heart

and it's not even about black and white

that is our problem

we seem to always find something wrong in a person that was able to change history

and expect perfection in a human being

dr.king wasn't perfect, and neither are you

meanwhile, you have three kids by three different women, so therefore, you can get a pass

so if people can have forgiving hearts for an ordinary man who haven't discover himself

who won't any of you forgive for dr. king's mistake

we all make mistakes, i know i made my shares

but he did something nobody was to accomplish

he reached the promise land

the way people celebrate his legacy is by putting his face in front covers of clubs

in covering up another excuse to promote alcohol so people can be intoxicated

how dare you use his name in vein

you honor his birthday by recgonizing the civil right movement that stood up to racism

and yet racism still lives among us

we don't have time to vote

but we have time to buy the latest kevin durants

we take our freedom for granted, but what if............

freedom no longer exists

then you'll be crying

free at last

free at last

every man, woman , and child

my god

free at last

hope you now know where those powerful words came from
