A Few Inexperienced Words From an Inexperienced College Neophyte

New to this situation.

This college.

So many stares.

Especially in the cafe.

It's like they know that you're not a member of the scene yet.

Now I understand why we're called freshmen.

We're fresh. Fresh meat.

Like baby pigs on a bacon farm.

I'm joking.

It's not that bad.

I've only been here about two weeks.

College is college.

It's writing

It's studying

It's listening

It's questioning

It's walking

It's talking.

Just like high school.

But on a higher level.

Wow.

Look how much wiser you get when you're in college.

Not much.

And I don't know what I want to see reformed yet.

It'd be wonderful if the teachers could get to class on time.

It's not fun to wait in awkward silence,

Not knowing anyone in the class.

Especially when you're not good at making friends.

Just saying.

But, yeah. That's about it for now.

Thanks for listening.
