Fairy's Lament

Tiny fairy,

Flicker far.

Your home of flowers,

Your roof of stars.

Long forgotten,

Miles away.

You will find it,

Some sunny day.

In the meadows,

Of Harpy’s eyes.

Near the lake of,

Purple skies.

Tiny fairy,

Flicker far.

Your home of flowers,

Your roof of stars.

You can find it,

Sitting there.

The crying willow,

Hides your lair.

Your home is empty,

Your cabinets bare.

Your home taken,

Unjust, unfair.

Tiny fairy,

Flicker far.

Your home of flowers,

Your roof of stars.

One you’ll find it,

Some sunny day.

Your heart so full,

You're days so gay.
