Enough.
I am never enough for you.
Despite our momentary happiness, I still
fail to obtain your unreachable standards.
Drowning in society's expectations I’m not enough.
If I was enough, would you love me truly?
Would you fill my cup? Would you choose me everyday? In a perfect world I would be enough.
But I am not. Although you are blinded by perfection, I know I am worth more than you will ever fathom. I know all my insecurities make me special. I know you cannot see what I see, but humbly I will remain silent, letting you crumble as I succeed. I am enough.
