Endeavour in Vain
I wondered where to begin,
If only innovation could be taught,
The world would be so different,
Like paradise, where everyone got what they sought.
I wished I could make a change,
Leave a print on the sands of time,
I faced the world and found a few friends,
And with courage in our hearts, set out on a mission divine.
I tried with all my might,
I wished I could carry on the fight,
But destiny decided otherwise.
In the end, I gave up, with my hopes shattered,
I thought that I had failed,
Only to discover that it was the effort that really mattered.
