Don't Give Up

It's hard trying to find the right door

It's like you're running around in circles;

Trying to learn patience at the same time

Trying to figure out how to fix yourself

One more step on the sidewalk

Feels like needles stabbing through the soles on your feet

Feels like numbing escalating up your legs

Feels like it's impossible to move, but you have to

There's a wave of failure on your tail, trying to catch up to you

There's a fire of stress hovering above you, refusing to die

You have no choice

You have to force yourself to survive

Hanging onto rails that tease and lead you through many obstacles of danger

Sacrifice is needed to get through there

You're trying to run away, but you can't

You're trying to find peace, but it's too far

You're trying to run to the door, but you're glued to distance

...You're giving up, but your adrenaline won't let you

You just gotta pull through

Don't give up

When your family members scream, speak

When your friends ignore, accept

When your haters tease, smile

When your lovers overreact, respect

When your heart can't move on, keep calm

If you give into what's capable of dragging your down, nobody can help turn your life back around

So fight

Fight through the tough times

Even if the door to success is far away, run to it

Even if it hurts to move, walk to it

Even if it's impossible to breathe, close your eyes

No one's rushing you, don't be intimidated by challenges

You'll thank yourself later in life
