Do not tell me

That you still care.

I can see your lies

Like a bird flying through the air.

I can tell the difference

Between right and wrong.

You say you can too.

You think you're strong.

And yet,

The blood is on your hands.

You say you've learned your lesson,

That you'll be a better man.

Think I believe you? Wrong.

And yet,

Memories of you replay in my head just like a song.
