dissolving peace

her eyes compress and wrinkle pure in time

for once was ease, now, shelters dread upon

disturbing thoughts perturb a chill down spine

the first and closing vital thought at dawn

intense portrayals thrust her hectic head

of victim's cheerful grins too quickly lost

the guiltless bodies rest amidst the dead

if only gruesome action wasn't caused

her auburn eyes are clouds prepared to pour

absorbed beneath her mind are blasts of shots

the air inhaled is nothing near before

she weeps until her thoughts turn into spots

abounding heaps of people plea for change

yet tragic issues plague the world, how strange
