I watch as you stand there

a hint of disgust plaguing your sadistic face

your leg tenses to get ready to kick

and all I can do is to

Sit and take it.

You kick me,

I scream in pain, but

that only causes for you to

kick harder.

You laugh at my pain,

as you’re finishing my daily bullying.

I stand up, you push me into a locker

causing yet another bruise

as the others yellow with age

I look to the side,

my best friend,

my worst enemy.

How can you just see me like this,

and not do anything about it?

It’s all a part of life, they said,

Targeting me because I was different,

what a lame excuse.

You shouldn’t be looking at me with disgust.

I should be looking at YOU with disgust.
