Dearest Stranger and other names I never called you.

Dear Father,

Do you feel bothered?

Knowing you have another daughter?

I digress.

I shouldn't bother.

I never really called you father.

Dearest Dad,

Do you feel sad?

When you think about what we could have had?

No you don't.

I should be glad.

You coin the term, dead beat dad.

Dear old man,

You don't understand.

I have kids. They are who I am.

So I left,

because I can

and in return, my life began.

Dearest Stranger,

I feel no danger,

Just odd that now I call you stranger,

but I've moved on,

life's greatest changer.

Don't think of me. I'm just a stranger.

-Your other daughter
