Dear Vicious Beast

The eyes of the devil are staring at me, waiting for a mistake.

Like a predator, It glares madly to each of the steps I take.

It tries to whisper in the minds of others to create hate and jealousy,

For what it values the most for itself is supremacy.

For once in my life I smiled,

Until it charged at me for dinner with its adopted child,

Snatching the last piece of meat for itself.

Despise took my heart and threw it harshly into the fire,

Letting it burn and burn good till into ashes,

Taking all the joy I'd had and leaving me with the world black and white.

My heart broke into pieces just like that complicated puzzle that was never put

          Back together.

It treated me with torture itself,

My eyes created rivers of blood,

          My scars opened again,

it hurt,

I felt like a punching bag,

And it becoming the boxer.

All this because of jealousy,

All this because of envy,.

For what it doesn’t know is my life like whirling winds,

Going on and on unpredictably.

It thinks that I’m a full mirror,

Why can’t it see that rocks are being thrown?

I try my best to make a smile,

And yes it may be sometimes true,

But it's crooked and always so blue.

So leave me alone, Will you please?

You vicious bloody beast,

Stop hating yourself for not being me.

Oh, you vicious bloody beast.
