Dear America

Dear America,

My place of rest...

Listen to the things

That make you the best.

The laws that you're built on,

The values they reflect

Are still somewhere here

In the hearts we elect.

I know that people

Just can't agree

On anything

They see...

But you, America,

Must know,

That without our values,

We're brought low.

So let's bring them back

These values of love, of law, of truth, and peace,

And together we'll  rediscover freedom,

When we embrace all of these.
