Day to Day Masquerade

Location

Row upon row bekons to me

As I pass each one by I ask myself

Who will I be today?

The tired one who oozes laziness

The reluctant one who lacks self confidence

The smart aleck, the isolated one?

No. Today I will be happy.

I'll be the secret bookworm exposed

Who gives spontaneous gifts

And hates physical exertion

Treasuring intelligence while causing mass confusion

That's me. And I hide from Judgement.
