Dark Society

Look at her hair,

Look at his shoes,

There's a creepy man over there, drinking some booze.

A white man shot, it's all over the news,

A black man down "it's his fault, what did he do?"

The past doesn't matter, its your appearance that skews,

Your morals don't factor, just their point of view.

So quick to judge, no one will listen

Kids killing themselve's because society is prison.

They asked for help by a silent scream,

But they couldn't get a break, even in their dreams.

Instead of judging, let's not assume,

Because the one you think is the killer,

Might come and save you.
