Dance On

The planet pirouettes on

In a dance unfathomably vast

And I wonder

Where do I belong in this intricate choreography?

What is my cue, my part, my step?

And when I stumble, when I fall

Have I ruined it all?

No

No, it’s part of the show

The planet pirouettes on

The stars still jete

The moon conducts the seas

The clouds still chaines

And I am part of it all

I leap and I fall and I leap again

The sun is my spotlight

The world is my stage

I am not alone

Lets spin till we’re dizzy

And feel all of life’s joy

And all of life’s pain

And remember

It’s all part of the dance

And when you feel small

Remember you are

And that that is all right too

Just keep moving

Keep dancing

Let your movements be your guide

Dance on my friend Dance on

The planet pirouettes on

And we pirouette too

Choreograph when you must

Improvise without fear

But don’t try to constantly rehearse

Dance on

How wonderful to be dancing with the Universe...
