Love overflowing, drowning in this flood

Forgiveness exhausted, dark circles underneath my soul

"Real" Smiles, long as the trail of blood leaking from my scarred chest

Comforting words fall from my lips, oh how I was falling apart alongside them

Embracing hugs to soothe the lonely, only to be left grasping onto air
