Chocolate

Location

A forbidden love leaves me in shambles;

I sigh as your sweet scent drapes over me.

As my sanity becomes a gamble,

You persist to melt me despite my pleas.

I wish for you to drown me in your kiss,

And warm me as you travel though my veins.

Reason starts to fade as I enter bliss;

When I part from you, all I feel is pain.

Yes, I know you are my guilty pleasure,

But I still crave your maddening embrace.

This desire is more than I can measure;

I should end this and leave without a trace.

It appears that it is my horrid fate

To eternally live with chocolate.
