the broken city of Ferguson
Location
It started when yet another person of color at age 18 was shot,
multiple times by Ferguson police officers,
his body laying in a pool of blood for twelve hours
while police officers went to deal with the already budding protests,
cutting off roads and access to the city.
Those who have viewed the pictures may have mistaken the scenes as war-zone activity;
however, as those who have read into it know that the images depict protests to yet another killing of another young, black, unarmed boy.
won't say he is an angel, if he did wrong, read him his rights and take him away
cops are exorcsisng their demons by command to fire off 13 shots
During peaceful protests
officers showed up with dogs, and tear gas
this reaction had escalated angry rages of protestors
who all they say hands up, don't shoot
Ferguson quickly became a city at war due to police militarization,
and police brutality, and racial profiling.
To add to the liquid of gasoline that ignites flames
officers in Ferguson reportedly, and repeatedly, arrested and detained journalists
and citizens for filming police activity.
This has become a rising issue in the police force across the United States,
but has risen in alarming rates in Ferguson.
It also brings into the equation our rights,
not only Freedom of the Press, but a citizen’s right to objectively, and undisturbingly, film police activity.
once again, this country marks an exclamation point of being racist
Mike Brown is not alone in his cruel death,
Ferguson is not alone in its response.
he is not the 1st nor will he be the last
the town of ferguson will never the same
And now, the update is that there is no charges against the cop who killed Mike Brown
once again
the justice system fails us one more time
people are going buckwild destroying their communities
state of mind in utter chaos
all thanks to justice
YES, the justice system who is suppose to stand for truth
is nothing more than lies that protect the corruption that have power
here's a question
would justice be served if a civilian were to put two shots into a cop's head?
of course it would, the cop wears a badge and uniform and the person just wore a t-shirt and sweatpants
who you think will win................
