Being Fit: A Way of My Life

Location

Going to the early morning workouts,

Finshing with sore's grip on my muscles.

With my body begging to tap out,

I tell myself to keep up the hustle.

Consuming foods that grow from the Earth,

To leaving out all the left overs.

This is a commitment I made at birth.

If 'fit' were a being, I'd be its lover.

Fitness has been a way of my life.

To the people who call me crazy,

You may see it as quite a strife.

It is not as simple as a daisy.

However, since you are what you eat

Once in your mind, keep it on repeat.
