Being Enough For You Too
No one ever falls on purpose,
I knew you were no good for me,
but I ignored what was under the surface.
I was told you were a flirt, but that is what reeled me in.
You acted intrested, so I put up my guard again.
I knew you were no good, but damn I fell way too hard.
I don't know why I was never good enough for you,
but I wish you would just say, "I was waiting to be good enough for you too."
