The beautiful game

A game of simplicity get the ball in the net

Still it can seem so difficult and pressuring.

The clock ticks down and you can feel the time lessening,

Thats all I need.

All I need is the feeling in my stomach when you feel the ball

Leaving your feet headed for the goal.

But the goalkeeper is there, ready and tall

To block the shot from hitting its target.

But one last freekick, a chance to score.

The beautiful game is all I need.

In the last minute you hear the Germans scream

One single word "Torrrr!".

The beautiful game is all I need.
