The Bakery Shop

I am a baker

I can make a variety of things

I can make loaves of bread and cookies

Like a baguette or macarons

I am just a tiny baker with my tiny little bakery at the end of town.

One day, a swarm of people came rushing in,

Demanding I give them everything I can make.

Of course, I try but the customers grow impatient

When I am done, they demand more and more

When I am low on ingredients and try to close shop,

I am called “failure”

I am forced to continue baking items with what little I have,

To supply those who demand

So I ask you this, dear reader,

Do I fail though I try all I can?
