Greed, money, and power they crave

What happened to just being a hero that’s brave?

Selfless and caring

but also slightly daring

Rich and famous now a days is “awesome”

none of which will matter when you’re lying dead in a coffin.

The media consumes and engulfs the minds of everyone,

Parents, teens, and little ones.

I see awesome as healthy and happy

not over worked, sleep deprived, fast paced life obsessed

Insomnia, anxiety, depression plagues this country

Just to make a little money.

The secret to life is simpler than it seems

It’s not full of perplexities

Awesome is what you make it

I make it as unique as a fingerprint.
