Worrying is what I do
Whether or not the reason is true
I try to be peaceful in my place
But my anxiety runs up into space

Escalating, my voice, tends to rise
The panic and fright settle in my eyes
Shaking and wondering is not a surprise
Overthinking my brain is agonized

My only solution is to try and relax
But those worries consume me to the max
Getting over it seems like a simple task
Instead I cover it with a hovering mask

I hope to get over my endless fear
For some, not all, is hope so near.
