Another Night

Another night where sleep decided to delay its arrival. Thoughts swirled in her head like a whirlpool that sucked her to its depths.

She apologizes for being a failure. She apologizes for being a nuisance. She apologizes for being weak, for being an annoyance. She apologizes for disturbing you with her rants, for having you waste your time.

She apologizes for not being perfect; she knows that's what you've always wanted.
