another day, another victim

each day pass by and someone is shot
no wonder why blocks is always hot
it became a widespread like crack in the 80's
people have become immune to disease call violence
its not chicken pox that is spotted on our bodies that can go away with a cure
its bullet holes that becomes a scar for the rest of one's life
its not one day that goes by without a screaming mother crying for her child being shot in the face
sadly enough, it happen in his favorite place
there was a national night out in the bronx to have communities come together
look what happens, numerous shootouts in which it wasn't a bad weather
we need to protect our neighborhoods as one
or else we will be crazy animals with no church in the wild
