America

As a country built on dehumanizing the human race,

America can be seen spitting on another country's face.

We hold ourselves on a pedestal,

it's extremely incredible

to see each other abuse one another in the same place.

America, America, as beautiful as you may seem,

we'll never see the shadow under that peaceful gleam.

As I religiously pledge to the flag which holds my beliefs,

It's like I am the fabric which you seem.

Controlled,

but it doesn't feel that way,

It's kind of hard when you can't even look me in the face.

My country,

it feels like you're deceiving me.

You're tying to make the people look like an enemy.

I can't say that it's been only bad

You're trying America

I can see that.

But as long as your people are the enemy,

the "good America" will be only seen in history.
