Alone
I look up to see nothing
but a blue canvas, dangling,
threatening to collapse over me.
Existence stalks me
as a gust of nothingness
reminds me of my
limitless journey.
Harsh rays of promised prospects
blind me of my content,
evoking envious sweat
to crawl into my view,
blinding me further.
Wipe away.
There it is!
My feet drag with every step.
as I get closer to being far.
Finally! Let me lay!
Shaded from
societal survival,
content in
Living in nonexistence.
