"All I Need"

“All I Need “

A world without compassion

Is not one worth living in.

“The world doesn’t care,” some say.

But I do.

(And I’m not the only one.)

A life without love is like being dead.

A life without a care for others is like being stabbed ten times over.

A life where what’s right is wrong,

And the tears of others are as inconsequential as a solitary speck in the sea,

Is not one I wish to live.

An existence without morality has no meaning, and

Kindness is an art worth preserving.

All I truly need,

Is for my moral compass

To be my guide.
