Looking left and right, what is going on in all of these peoples’ lives?

There are people of all ages; teens, grandparents, husbands and wives.

Some people are crawled up into a ball, crying their eyes out.

What kind of sins are they trying to shout?

I kneel here and think, “I’ve been through tough experiences since I was born!”

Why am I the one that is unable to cry while they all morn?

Growing up to forget how it feels to be loved by your father.

The more and more that I think about it, the more it becomes a bother.

My biological father left my mom when she was pregnant with me.

I didn’t have a dad in my life until I was about three.

My new dad adopted me and he soon became my hero!

If only he could have been in my life since I was zero!

Unfortunately, the hero feeling went away when I reached my teenage years.

All of a sudden, right before my eyes, this abusive man appears.

I can’t give him explanations because I soon realize that they are all “wrong.”

Where is this father figure that I have wanted in my life for so long?

I am kneeling here thinking about all of these things.

All I want to do is see the face of this so-called “King of Kings.”

Out of nowhere, I hear this very special song come on.

Funny how when we need Him the most, what we can stumble upon.

I found myself being able to relate to it in every single way!

I started to tear up; I feel as though I am no longer astray!

I now understand why some people in this peaceful place cry.

They are not sad, just overpowered by the mercy and love from this guy!

We have all been saved because He is our father and because he loves us all.

He picks us up and shows us the light every single time that we fall!
