Whenever I feel down, I remember I can change,

I'm supposed to change. I'm never the same person.

Even from moment to moment, you're allowed and expected to grow up.

That's the greatest gift of all: the ability to grow up.

The idea of growing up is what gives me joy whenever I'm feeling low.
