A different perspective from all my peers

Everytime tears befall

Due to the attack we all recall

As I begin to slumber, I start to wonder

What awaits us in the near future

I try to imagine the picture

Broken hearts

Being expressed through the arts

Heroic long-lost lives 

Separated from their wives 

It wasn't their time to leave

So thereforth we grieve

Our people taken from us 

Soon we all began to cuss and fuss

No it wasn't fair

Just another event we all had to bear
