I hope the thought of me hurts you and tears you to shreds,

And makes you never want to see me again.

I hope you fight yourself back from calling me,

every time you look at a picture that reminds you,

and you come as close as picking up the phone.

but you never make it to the dial-tone.

Because I will keep denying your calls

and your texts,

Just to try to get a rest

because you were draining

and it’s raining in my life now.

I’m trying to recover

from all of the pain

you caused that I discover

every time you lied.

I can see them all now.

when you were at my bedside,

I died a little inside

when you told me you would leave.

 You never supplied the truth,

that’s why had to leave you.
