My heart beating  in my chest

breath in and out

my mind  racing  about

thoughts screamming get out.

Im running now out of time

another day year goes past

moving to fast cant help but

watch the clock

feeling as though someting is after me

the fear of death gripping me

dying but living

living but dying

I go into panic again

there is danger

everywhere

Im not prepared

then I started meditating

Im somewhere In the Himlayanas

I am not my body I am not my

mind I am God a eternal being having a human experence

then I jumped.
