My paradise is everywhere
I feel ocean air when I'm landlocked,
Passed through every obstacle and roadblock,
There's dirt under my shoes, but it sure feels like sand,
I've taken the scenic route, but I'm just where I planned,
And I know exactly where I'm supposed to be,
Regardless of where I am, I'm home, you see,
Not confined to four walls and a roof,
I'm thinking out loud, though I look aloof,
It's the same moon, no matter how you see it,
Every life's a good one if you focus on how you perceive it,
And I guess that's what has me feeling good,
I just view the world the way I should.
