Digital Zombies
Flip phones took a beating.
Now the smart phones record what we're eating.
Kids ran all day long and felt as though they could fly.
Now kids spend all day chained to a charger so the phone doesn't die.
Metal pots on heads, capes on backs,
not worrying about what everyone psychically lacks.
People would rush to your side when you fell on the ground.
Now they only care if your phone is safe and sound.
If a zombie epidemic spreads,
the zombies would go unfed
because we are all brain dead.
