on the curb

words limp beaten and bruised

from my lips
with eyes blackened

by what i've been forced to gaze upon

6 gays upon a street corner with

clothes as tattered and torn as their body
their fathers and mothers have become enemies and mere punching bags for their fathers' swings and swigs of alcohol

It hurts knowing you're the reason that your parents divorced

but its even worse knowing that if u weren't yourself things would be better
