I want to watch you unravel
Watch as your chuckes roar into laughter
Your smile curling at the end--taking my breath away
Making me dread the moment it will be over
Watch you drown in your tears
“Sorry.” One word, her life upon a page.
Glinting barbed wire wrapped around thin arms;
The suit of armor was also a cage,
And words inside her head did much more harm.
