Let me free and let me be
The man in the river and the man in the tree
They don't do much for me.
They yell and holler and chant
At the smallest village ant
To stop the apathy and being nonchalant.
I will not learn in a cube.
Put me in a box, tell me I must do this, force me into a crowd, a schedule.
Try. I will not learn.
I will fly free in nature, away from straight lines and hard rules.
It’s This system I’m stuck in
inescapable, impossible to win.
Sitting for hours, blood pooling in the brain,
Make my senses go numb, but leaves me the shame
Of which they have none- But require you to feel,
