There is no lifeboat I can throw to make my city float.
It's sinking deeper into debt, the bottom is so close.
There is no medicine to cure my city, it's so ill.
Crime is everywhere. The streets are dark, and still.
One.
Two.
Not minutes.
I refuse to drive through.
Maybe I’m one of a few.
I’ll start with time.
I could not go.
But I won’t drive by that city.
Even if its two hours.
Just a quick hello.
