As I sit down tonight To write this song I sing I feel like a bird in flight Who forgot how to use her wings   Swooping along, out of control Not knowing where to turn To Hang on
First of all you dont even know me. I live so many different lives That you can’t see inside Of me anymore. I am not a girl, I am a woman,
This small place has such little room for me. It’s closed mind, caged away from all the world, And I’m the bird who wishes to be free.
