black life matters

Nothing but the truth
Has become as rare
As hens tooth
A brother don't care
Even if he shoot
Another to wound
This is the sad truth
Of the society we live
If black life matters
The system never understood us,
They called us gang bangers, hoodlums & more.
I never gang banged,
I never even stole but to them I was just that.
We were always more than what you seen on the surface
I can cry a waterfall.
Hating people because of who they are.
Got a new president now we're talking about building a wall.
Thought we were done with genocide but they're trying to start a war.
