there are going to be moments when you’re sad and you don’t know why
or maybe because middle school just plain sucks and your mom doesn’t understand
and maybe she never will
Sometimes I experience depersonalization (where I don’t feel like a person; don’t recognize my hands; can’t remember basic facts about myself).
