I'm fairly new to poetry writing, and I'm very frightful about sharing it with people! But, I love it. Poetry is an outlet for me. I've gone my whole life bottling my emotions so I always gave the illusion of confidence. But now, I have a way to express myself. My goal with every poem I write is to capture a feeling. I strive to depict with words what can only be felt by the heart.
